The residency focuses on preparing the resident for a future in healthcare administration through longitudinal experiences in enterprise leadership, data analytics, formulary management, and much more. By exposing the resident to these dynamic areas of pharmacy, he/she will gain first-hand experience in developing solutions for issues in healthcare.
The PGY1/PGY2 is a two year residency where the first year focuses on building clinical skills and the second year focuses on developing key leadership abilities within both the hospital and corporate pharmacy setting.
The PGY2 residency is a one year residency for pharmacists who have previously completed a PGY1 residency and have an interest in pursuing pharmacy administration.

The CHSPSC, LLC corporate office is located in Franklin, Tennessee. Located about 20 miles from the heart of Nashville, Franklin is known for its historic downtown and local festivals. The CHSPSC, LLC’s headquarters is located in the Cool Springs area of Franklin and is surrounded by local restaurants and shops.
