Graduate Nurse GN Residency Spring 2026

As a Graduate Registered Nurse at Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville, you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• RN state licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• BCLS upon hire
• AHA or ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• Shift to be determined
• Weekends and holidays required
