About the Role:

• Position: Full-Time Days
   
• Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans based on physician orders and best practices.
    Create and implement educational plans for patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain professional relationships with medical staff, administrative personnel, and ancillary departments.
  • Provide leadership in the absence of the Director or CNO, ensuring smooth unit operations.
  • Utilize EMR for effective communication and documentation
  •  
• Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours, with varying days.
   

Requirements:

• Current MS RN license
• Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
