About us: Clinton’s first hospital organization was owned by the city and operated downtown in the Jetted Building on Frisco Avenue. In 1909, Dr. McClain Rogers assumed administration of the hospital and named it The Clinton Hospital and Training School. Under his administration in 1914, the first hospital building was erected at 301 S. Eighth Street containing 25 beds.

In 1973, the state transferred ownership to the City of Clinton and the name was changed to Clinton Regional Hospital. In 1976, the hospital moved into its new facilities located at 100 N. 30th Street on the west side of town. In 2015, the hospital became known as AllianceHealth Clinton.

Clinton, Oklahoma: Located in the heart of the Western Oklahoma on Historic Route 66, Clinton is known as the “Hub City of Western Oklahoma.” Positioned in a large valley surrounded by scenic rolling hills and wide-open spaces, Clinton, Oklahoma is a small community — about 10,000 residents — with access to larger metro areas. For outdoor enthusiasts, hiking and fishing at nearby Foss Lake are popular activities. Many visitors are drawn to our area attractions, such as the Oklahoma Route 66 Museum, the Cheyenne Cultural Center, the Lucky Star Casino, and -- recently opened -- the state’s first-of-its-kind Water–Zoo indoor water park. Nearby Oklahoma City also offers live performances, professional sports and varied entertainment options.

With its abundant opportunities for work and play, friendly people, low cost of living, and laid-back lifestyle, Clinton is always a great place to be!
