Job Description

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive fundraising program with the purpose of securing significant resources from individuals, foundations, corporation and others in support of Northwest Health’s mission.
  • Managing all Northwest Health fundraising efforts, including Leadership, Principal, Planned, Major and Annual Gift Programs, capital campaigns and special projects, and donor/prospect information and research, education, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
  • Working with the Northwest Health Foundation Board of Directors to establish fundraising goals and objectives, including the coordination and motivation of participation by Board Members, staff and volunteers in gift acquisition process. .

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:

  • Bachelor's degree with a Master’s degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare; philanthropy/fundraising experience preferred
  • CFRE professional certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
  • High degree of initiative
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Strategic capability and focus
  • Ability to articulate the organizational vision
