Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for project management and administrative functions that support the Vice Presidents of Strategic Planning and Marketing in their work with hospital leaders, hospital marketing directors, corporate department teams and marketing vendors and business partners.

CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Marketing Coordinator for its Franklin, TN, headquarters’ Marketing team.

Summary:  The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for project management and administrative functions that support the Vice Presidents of Strategic Planning and Marketing in their work with hospital leaders, hospital marketing directors, corporate department teams and marketing vendors and business partners.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Assist VPs of Strategic Planning and Marketing with project management, organization, and administrative functions related to strategic planning, advertising, traditional and digital marketing and communications
  • Act as a liaison to hospital marketing teams to ensure timely communications and exchange of information
  • Monitors and helps coordinate or support various marketing activities, including the annual marketing plan and budgeting process, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, development of marketing toolkits, online reputation management, etc.
  • Is responsible for creating, maintaining and distributing various marketing-related reports and dashboards
  • Maintains and updates hospital marketing director orientation materials
  • Assists with creating content for national and regional marketing director calls and meetings
  • Assists with the maintaining the marketing department intranet and other resources
  • Coordinates with marketing vendors and business partners
  • Manages calendars, files, travels and other logistical matters

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage various projects and stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn new information and skills
  • Cooperative work style that functions well in team settings but is also self-sufficient with individual projects
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, required; experience with Google G-suite tools helpful.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field required
  • Two to three years of experience required; with a preference given to candidates who have experience working in a marketing department, agency setting, or healthcare environment
