CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Senior Active Directory Engineer for its Franklin, TN, headquarters’ Infrastructure/Technology team.
Minimum 7 years of experience working within an IT organization, enterprise level experience is required. Firm understanding of IT terms and concepts with ability to read vendor documentation and perform related duties accurately. Detailed experience with Windows, Active Directory and related systems (ADFS, AZURE, DNS etc.) in an administration, operations and support role. Experience with physical hardware from 2 or more vendors such as IBM, HP, Dell, Cisco(UCS), Nutanix required. Candidates will be self-motivated, willing to learn, capable of following directions and creatively working through challenges. Candidates will be expected to mentor others and provide skills transfer sessions. Candidates will be expected to create documentation, scripts and set up automated tasks using a variety of methods. This position will be on the Data Center Support & Operations team performing various systems administrative, operational and support duties as assigned.
Perform support and operational tasks related to Windows, Active Directory and related systems at a senior level. Interface, verify and test documentation created by the engineering team. Mentor junior staff on policy and procedure requirements.
Documentation and performance requirements include:

- Proposing new or replacement standards
- Communicating documentation and policies to management
- Normal day to day support and operations of the environment (tickets, changes, on-call)
