Key responsibilities:: • Plan, prepare, and carry out treatment programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, or prevent physical dysfunction • Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating data and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention • Evaluating effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit • Identifying and documenting goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation • Recording prognosis, treatment, response, and progress

  • Planning, preparing, and carrying out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in patients
  • Performing and documenting an initial exam, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention
  • Evaluating effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit
  • Identifying and documenting goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation
  • Recording prognosis, treatment, response, and progress and entering information into computer system

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Certified as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arkansas
  • Requires a Current BLS or acquired within 7 days of start of employment
  • 3-5 years experience preferred
