Job Description

Plans, develops, and directs strategic physician recruitment and physician employment programs. Responsible for planning in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization. Develops improvements to staffing processes like sourcing and selection. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to a Top Human Resources Executive. Bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
