Physical Therapist PRN

PT would be responsible for evaluating and assessing needs of patients and formulating treatment plans and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A PT may supervise PTAs. PT would provide therapy services defined in treatment plans and work cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare staff. PT position requires Master's, Doctorate preferred. Certified as a physical therapist in state of practice. Wound care experience preferred.
