This is a Full Time position. The Director of Ortho Surg is accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care Medical Unit and Surgical Unit. This includes overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required. MSN or masters in related field preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years acute care experience required with critical care preferred, including five (5) years of management or supervisory experience. Must have a license to practice professional nursing in the state for which you are applying.
This is a full time Director of Nursing position working in the MedSurg - Ortho department at Northwest Medical Center
The Director of MedSurg - Ortho is accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care Medical Unit and Surgical Unit. This includes overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree within 2 years of employment in the role.
Required: Five (5) years of relevant professional experience, including three (3) years in leadership.
Required: Current Arizona RN license or compact state license and American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS
