Who are we?
Lutheran Hospital is a 396-bed tertiary care facility located in Fort Wayne, IN. Known to be Northern Indiana’s only kidney transplant program as well as having Lutheran Children’s Hospital and Neonatal intensive care, an accredited cancer program, bariatric surgery center, and breast center. Our facility also has a Level II adult and pediatric trauma center.
Overview:
According to the guidelines of Radiology Diagnostic Protocol and under the direction of a Radiologist/Physician and Supervisor, Diagnostics, performs radiographic procedures as ordered by physician and processes images for use in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Job Summary:
Qualifications:
Education: Successful completion of a radiological diagnostic education from an accredited program.
Registration/Certification: Current licensure with registration (or eligible for completion within year of employment) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Current Indiana State Board of Health General Certificate for Radiographers. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is required within six months of employment
