Job Description

The Technician II performs major repairs and maintenance of pumps, motors, fans, conveyor, and other major equipment. Responsibilities include a general working knowledge of all major systems, such as boiler, electrical, air handling, and temperature Control. Must repair or replace pumps, motors, bearings, and components. Performs preventive maintenance of equipment, and maintains Documentation and inventories. All work is to be performed according to departmental or manufacturer standards. Must maintain and use, all appropriate safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, face shield, and coveralls. Other duties as assigned.

General Responsibilities: 

  1. Must have a general working knowledge of major equipment, Air Handler Units, Pumps fans, Boilers be able to use common tools perform preventative maintenance and document all work in the 4 Rivers TMS system keeping a monthly inspection rate of 100 percent completion on life safety work orders and 95 percent completion on  demand work orders monthly.  Be able to read blue prints and document inventory.
