Job Description
Provides patients with physical therapy evaluation and treatments in accordance to established policies, procedures, and state laws. Assists in departmental operation and acts as leader for other staff members. Participates in community health services sponsored by Bayfront Health Port Charlotte. Reports directly to: Rehabilitation Clinical Manager & Director of Rehabilitation Services.
