Job Description

Responsible for office operations which include but are not limited to: all outpatient admissions, registrations, pre-certifications for Radiation Oncology patients. Utilizing all appropriate hospital based software for registration and patient throughput. Assisting all clinicians, Medical Director amd Department Director with Administrative duties and other management duties as designaed by the leadership team of Radiation Oncology. Typically reports to the Director. High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPI (Non Violent Crisis Intervention Training) required. Must have computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point. Five or more years of experience in medical office preferred.

Under certain conditions, may be exposed to blood and/or body fluids or potentially infective materials. Requires constant hearing, speaking, vision and repetitive hand movement. Requires attention to detail despite frequent interruptions.
