Job Description

Responsible for provision of quality patient care on second or third shifts. Interprets and enforces established policies and procedures. Serves as clinical resource person. Leadership abilities are demonstrated in functioning as a professional role model, demonstrating consumer relations and communication skills, problem solving, decision making and providing direction in orienting and training nursing personnel.

Highlights of the House Supervisor Registered Nurse role:

  • Shift flexibility (5a-5p or 5p-5a)
  • Will cover vacations and call-offs
  • No Call
  • Eligible for new PRN Incentive Pay

Requirements:

  • Valid Indiana RN license 
  • ASN at minimum
  • BLS and additional certifications within period of time of hire
  • 3-5 years of RN experience preferred
  • Ability to make fast decisions and have good clinical judgement skills
