Job Description

Position is Full Time , 3-4 days weekly working 10-12 hour shifts , hours vary Days and Midshift with some weekend shifts The SWAT RN or Resource RN provides short term care and treatment to patients to include but not limited to assisting in moderate sedation procedures, monitoring critical care patient during transport to diagnostics, and being a resource for routine nursing duties. Either directly or indirectly reporting to a nursing supervisor, plans, directs, participates in and evaluates patient care.  Collaborates with other disciplines to provide optimal care and support to various Nursing units.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education:

Required:  Associates or Diploma in nursing program

Preferred:  Bachelor's degree in nursing                                                

 

Experience:                

Clinical experience in area of expertise preferred. 

ED/ICU Experience Required

 

Licenses/Certifications:        

"Required:

Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

American Heart Association (AHA)  or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS & ACLS
