Respiratory Care Technician - Respiratory - PRN - Variable hours

Is responsible for providing general Respiratory Care modalities on all age groups of patients from neonate through geriatric. Is expected to abide by established hospital and department policies and procedures under direct supervision of a CRT or RRT Therapist. Collaborates with other professionals in the Hospital to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.

Education:   

• Enrolled in a Respiratory Care Program or have had some college science related courses preferred.

Experience:

• Six months or more experience in general Respiratory Care modalities is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:   

• Must maintain current BLS certification.
