CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Quality Assurance Senior Analyst for its Franklin, TN, headquarters’ Architecture and Strategy team.
Summary:
The Quality Assurance Senior Analyst will be part of the Quality Assurance team. This Analyst will have an active role in planning, assessing and training of the Quality Assurance processes, as well as governing the processes around Test Management. This position will oversee the overall process by which test cycles are executed and results approved. The position will assist in creating and maintaining processes, procedures and training documentation. The Senior Analyst will report to the
Manager of Quality Assurance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance and quality control Standards
- Work closely with varying business units, development, process teams, operations groups and change management for the planning and managing the testing of releases
- Maintain and create documentation of the Test Management process throughout the SDLC lifecycle
- Coordinate activities to ensure all requirements for new products or enhancements to current products are tested and validated
- Report test results, defect analysis and quality metrics
- Assist in or create peer reviewed training, process, and procedure documentation
- Identify gaps in the QA process and provide recommendations for process improvements using industry standards
- Able to work independently and deliver
- Clearly articulate and present quality assurance’s process requirements and related strategic goals
- Actively influences program management, development, testing, and operations about quality assurance processes
- Strong vendor management skills and ability to hold them accountable to QA standards
- Be a part of an ongoing effort to bring new testing knowledge into the team
- Assist product teams as needed in the documentation of software defects
- Daily support related to the delivery, deployment, and maintenance of testing processes
- Identify training needs and take action to ensure compliance
- Pursue continuing education to develop and maintain the skills needed for a Sr. Analyst
- Escalates issues whenever needed and meets deadlines
- Coach and mentor other QA Analysts
- Assume a leadership role on the team by providing input on Testing best practices based on industry standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years Quality Assurance experience
- Knowledge of testing methodologies
- Proficient technical writing ability (i.e. processes, protocols, procedures and policies)
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of quality assurance and testing terminology, methodologies, and tools
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive attitude and a high level of individual initiative
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work
- Highly organized, methodical professional with outstanding attention to detail
- Presents information/training to large groups, including senior leadership as needed
- Able to handle a fast paced environment and react positively under pressure and stressful situations

- Experience with Google Suite: Mail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, DrawIO; MS Office: Excel
- Manage small, medium and large scale testing efforts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification, such as: Six Sigma, ITIL Foundations, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor, Test Certification such as ISTQB
- 5-10 years of IT experience in a corporate environment
- ServiceNow tool experience a plus
- Understanding of Clinical Applications and Hospital Workflows (Admission, discharge, transfer, order, drug and medication terminology, dictation, transcription, etc.)
- Experience with G-Suite
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Software Testing and testing methodologies (In house and/or COTS product verification)
