The Director of Quality, Risk Management, Compliance & Patient Safety (QRMC), is responsible for planning, administrating, and monitoring consistent readiness of all quality, regulatory requirements, risk issues, and patient safety processes including High-Reliability Organization processes. The Director of QRMC will oversee and coordinate all hospital efforts to monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory, State, Federal government, and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization standards. Coordination of the Patient Safety Committee along with supporting the patient complaint process is part of this role. This is completed by working collaboratively with all levels of care providers within the facility. The position reports to the Network Chief Quality Officer.

RN with BSN preferred

A Master’s degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration appreciated

Minimum of five years experience in nursing at an acute care facility with at least a minimum of three years experience in performing quality management-related activities required. This is demonstrated by a clear working knowledge of general hospital operations, JC standards, CMS requirements, and DOH regulations.
