The primary purpose of this position is to manage internal and external communications with a mind toward the image and reputation of the hospital, its affiliated medical group and other affiliated entities. Additionally, this position will focus on facilitating and leveraging components of marketability to support competitive position and overall growth. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with approved vendors and corporate-based marketing and communications staff to support digital-first advertising campaigns, including measurement and reporting. This position works to ensure promotions and organizational presence are consistent with CHS and hospital objectives, and facilitates the hospital’s strategic planning process.

This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Outstanding organizational skills are necessary to support multiple and various projects. Finally, this position requires the ability to collaborate and communicate with a multitude of key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years direct marketing experience, preferably in healthcare. Leadership experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills that demonstrate the ability to identify and act on insights that drive business results.
