The AMR/MU/Quality Support Specialist will provide AMR education and staff development that promotes efficient utilization and optimization of the AMR while simultaneously supporting MU and Quality goals, successful attestation and reporting. The specialist will monitor performance to ensure AMR competence and adherence to utilization best practices and policy. The specialist will be involved in the on-boarding process of all clinicians in conjunction with corporate AMR and CI teams. This person will work collaboratively with clinic leadership and the AMR Director(s) in the upkeep and dissemination of training materials, new hire orientation, and ongoing education related to the software changes as they occur.

Position Purpose:
The AMR/MU/Quality Support Specialist will provide AMR education and staff development that promotes efficient utilization and optimization of the AMR while simultaneously supporting MU and Quality goals, successful attestation and reporting. The specialist, working directly with staff and clinicians, will monitor performance to ensure AMR competence and adherence to utilization best practices and policy. The specialist will be involved in the on-boarding process of all clinicians in conjunction with corporate AMR and CI teams. This includes, but is not limited to the analysis of clinic workflows. e,g. lab and imaging for efficiency and standards. This role will be organizing and conducting ad hoc training for users of AMR clinical systems in a classroom setting and in the clinic setting. This person will work collaboratively with clinic leadership and the AMR Director(s) in the upkeep and dissemination of training materials and new hire orientation, as well as ongoing education related to the software changes as they occur.
