The Environmental Services Supervisor is in place to lead a team of employees in daily operations while maintaing the highest quality of cleanliness thorughout the facility. The Supervisor can be assigned to a specific area (if needed) as well as feilding telephone requests for special assistance from departments whom are in need of housekeeping. The EVS Supervisor can also be responsible for running all weekend operations if a crew leader is unavailable. Other responsibilities include quality inspections, employee rounding, and patient rounding.

Supervises, develops, implements and maintains departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for overseeing and scheduling the EVS staff. Assist with ensuring compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
