Job Description

Functions as a primary contact between Information Systems and ShorePoint Health customers on matters involving network and Voice/Telecom services & related problems/requests. Responsibilities include support for technology, including not limited to personal computers, printers, computer software, phones, and data lines. Establishes communications systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice and data telecom network circuits and equipment. Works with telecom equipment, hardware & services. Responsible for solving problems, assessing situations & finding solutions with the knowledge of telecom. Supports all Telecom services and Voicemail system for the hospital and clinics. Works closely with co-workers and vendors in the implementation and roll-out of new equipment and software.
