The Neurodiagnostic Technician performs standard and complex Nerve Conduction Velocity studies (NCV) in clinic. The technician will perform testing on patients that will yield information about electrical conduction of motor and sensory nerves in the human body to assist MD’s in diagnosis of nervous system disorders. This person is responsible for performing all tests within the scope and guidelines of the department, under the supervision of the Physician.Responsibilities:1. Provides instruction to patients and families regarding test preparation, pre-test interviews, and follow-up appointments.
