Job Summary
- Greets and dismisses patients, patient’s family members and customers, answers phone and enters data into patient financial system.
- Prepares appropriate documents and distributes them to responsible parties related to the patient encounter.
- Oversees charts and filing systems, accuracy of posting and deposits, compiles daily stats and provides support to office staff on technical job functions.

Licensure:
Experience:
- One year of medical office experience is required
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent and associate’s degree or equivalent from 2 year college or technical school; or 6 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience and education required
Other:
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and internet browser
