Athletic Trainer PRN

Under the direction of a physician, treats and prevents athletic injuries by developing therapies to reduce pain and improve mobility. Assists in exercise instruction and demonstration, patient evaluation and testing. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Bachelor's degree Master's degree preferred from accredited program. Typically requires certification in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
