Job Description
The Respiratory Manager utilizes personnel effectively in response to varying workload and works closely with organizational leadership. The Respiratory Manager retains knowledge of departmental and medical center policies, procedures, protocols, and equipment and is capable of working in staffing. Respiratory Managers interact professionally with Physicians, Administration, Department Staff, and Vendors. Effective communication skills, leadership and mentoring of staff are also important components of the Respiratory Manager position.

Education: Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy Program with a Diploma or AAS Degree |
Experience: Three years’ Acute Care Experience is required. |
Licenses/Certifications: Licensed by the state of Florida as a Respiratory Professional (CRT or RRT). Current BLS, PALS, ACLS and/or American Heart Airway Management certification.
