Surgical Technician *Seasonal Contract*

Responsible for the delivery of patient care by applying skills and techniques common to the practice of Operating Room Technician, accepting accountability for the technical execution of scrubbing responsibilities for those patients within the GI Lab and OR. The Operating Room Technician is responsible for the planning, execution of, and evaluation of all parameters involved with the concise management of preparation of each surgical case, and performs tasks related to patient care. The Operating Room Technician functions under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Reports to the Clinical Coordinator and/or Surgical Services Director.
