Network Technician-Information Systems-FT

Under the supervision of the Manager of Information Systems and the Technology Operations Supervisor, the PC Tech supports the operations of the IS department. This position includes both software and hardware support entailing the use of multiple software platforms and applications. This position also supports the Data Processing department in report distribution and other duties, as needed. Hardware and application support for end users is also required.

A high school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science or related field with experience working with clinical documentation in an acute healthcare setting is preferred.

Minimum two years undergraduate studies in computer sciences or related fields or equivalent experience required.
Broad knowledge of personal computer systems including troubleshooting of both hardware and software issues required.
Minimum two years of progressive experience in a technical computer role in a healthcare setting preferred.
