Accounts Payable

This full-time position reports to the Controller and/or CFO. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for various functions related to the facilities accounts payable system. Responsibilities include but are not limited to compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals. Gathers purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets etc., and prepares payments. Maintains all payment or other transaction records. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.  Works upload and gathering Ariba approvals.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Associates Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
