Director Cardiology Services / Cath Lab

Lake Granbury Medical Center seeks a Director of Cardiology Services/Catheterization Lab.

What You Will Do
Job Duties:

• Develop, direct, and manage Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
• Interprets policies, procedures, standards and regulations as appropriate
• Provides patient care with Cath Lab as needed
• Performs services from adults to geriatric patients
• Participates in an interdisciplinary and inter-facility approach to achieving the mission, philosophy and goals of Lake Granbury Medical Center
• Comply with organization, department and regulatory standards
• Manages the operations of the facility including management of staff and budget
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teaching skills
• Ability to adapt to change quickly
• Strong attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of a School of Nursing
• Current RN license
• 7 years’ experience in the field
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Workers
• CPR/ACLS certification

Preferred Requirements:

• BSN or MSN
• 10 years’ experience in the field
• Three years of management experience

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday
• Weekends and Holidays as needed
