Job Description

Sterile Processing SPD Tech - Full time 32 hours per week 



As a Sterile Processing Tech, at Northwest Health, you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. About the Job: 

  • Clean medical equipment.
  • Operate medical equipment.
  • Maintain medical equipment or instruments.
  • Prepare medical instruments or equipment for use.
  • Record vital statistics or other health information.
  • Record sterilizer test results
  • Monitor medical equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Inventory medical supplies or equipment.
  • Stock medical or patient care supplies.


  • Willing to train 
  • Sterile Processing certification required or certification within 18 months after hire.
  • BLS required within orientation period
  • Three year Sterile processing experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • IAHCSMM OR HSPA certification preferred.
