We’d love for you to become our next Surgical ICU Charge Registered Nurse (RN) at our 434-bed regional referral center and tertiary-care facility.   • Plans, directs, and evaluates the overall nursing care and functions in a particular nursing unit or during an assigned shift.
  • Coordinates the activities of the unit and directs, organizes, and assigns work.
  • Assesses, monitors, and educates on patient care.
  • Institutes emergency procedures as necessary.
  • Associate's degree required, Bachelors preferred, with an active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience to serve in a charge capacity
  • Familiarity with standard neurological and critical care concepts, practices, and procedures is highly preferred
