Job Description

Organizes and evaluates patient medical records for an office. Reviews medical records for accuracy and completeness. Abstracts and codes clinical data using standard classification systems. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. High School diploma or equivalent. RHIA or RHIT preferred, but not required.
