Experience/ Requirements:

  • Provide supervision of nursing and hospital personnel and patient care activities on a particular shift with an emphasis on maintaining standards of care and patient safety
  • 3+ years experience in acute care nursing required, management experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or willing to attain within 5 years 
  • Current PA RN License
  • BLS certification is required and must be completed prior to the end of the orientation period
