Reporting directly to the senior leadership, responsible for the overall management of business development in an organization. Serve as a key member of the executive team that sets the company’s strategic direction. Spearheads business development initiatives that are consistent with overall strategy. Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management. Builds and manages a business development team. Manages complex contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is required, with an MBA preferred. 10 years plus of business development, marketing, and/or sales experience.
