Job Summary:

Grandview Medical Center is searching for a skilled and dedicated Breast Ultrasound Technologist to join our Radiology team. As a Breast Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the early detection and diagnosis of breast-related conditions. Your expertise in performing breast ultrasounds and providing exceptional patient care is vital to the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Breast Ultrasound Imaging: Perform high-quality breast ultrasounds, ensuring optimal image resolution and interpretation.
• Patient Care: Provide compassionate and professional patient care, addressing patient concerns and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any issues for repairs or replacements.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient information, examination details, and results in patient records and the hospital information system.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to established protocols and quality standards to ensure accurate diagnoses, patient safety, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Certification: Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Sonography.
