Job Description


Solid writing skills, organization and high attention to detail, utilized to document and standardize core Supply Chain business processes and policies 


Help review, optimize and maintain key processes and controls for Supply Chain.  Act as point of contact for policies


Work with leadership to evaluate and implement process improvements.  Validate proposed enhancements and change requests against the standard operating model and assess impacts to the organization 


Work with team to maintain the portfolio of Supply Chain projects and partner with peers to assess project requirements against the standard operating model.


Coordinate requests from internal and external auditors.  Work with team to obtain requested information, store centrally and provide to auditors.  Act as point of contact for auditors.


Partner with auditors to identify and prioritize areas in need of review.  Develop compliant organization processes and key controls that sustain and enhance system performance


Work with IT and other departments to oversee ERP system and security enhancement/change requests.  Provide input into approval or denial of requests


Build relationships and demonstrate effective interpersonal behaviors across the organization

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, English, Communications or similar process related field

Preferred Education:

Master Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or similar process related field


Required Experience:

Minimum four (4) years of process documentation and/or project management, consulting, or related business experience

Minimum three (3) year of experience with Infor/Lawson S3, Oracle or other ERP system

Preferred Experience:

Minimum two (2) years of experience in auditing key business process and working with internal and external auditors

Computer Skills Required:

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Familiarity with ERP system, specifically Oracle
