Summary:
The Senior Project Management Analyst of Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) will be responsible for assisting the Vice President of ERP in the development and rollout of the new cloud-based ERP platform across the Company. This person will work closely with the various departments, facilities, and corporate sites on coordination of efforts, deployment of resources, maintenance of timelines, tracking of deadlines, and other duties as assigned. This role will touch significant aspects of the Company and requires exceptional organizational, people, and managerial skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Primary duty is to assist the VP of ERP and related work stream Team Leaders in all aspects of design and deployment of the cloud-based ERP
  • Complete and maintain work plans to ensure actions and tasks are being performed timely, objectives are being met, and necessary decisions are coordinated & escalated, where appropriate
  • Collaborate with functional teams (including but not limited to: Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Information Technology) to develop/ coordinate, integrate, and execute against cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Assist in deployment of ERP to facilities during go-live stages
  • Anticipate, identify, escalate, and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Tracking and trending of progress on identified goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Master’s Degree, preferred 
  • Required Experience: 3+ years in a Healthcare Setting
  • Preferred Experience: Preferred corporate and multi-locational experience
  • Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ERP experience preferred
