Job Description

Full Time Position. Performs diversified duties in diet office, kitchen, and tray line following standard practices and complying with regulatory requirements.
Delivers patient trays and nourishments/floor stock to assigned floors. Speaks menus to patients and compiles patient diet orders. Handles all
information pertaining to transfers, discharges, patient meal selections, compiles all tallies for production team, and tracks all allergies related to
patient preferences.Performs duties and conducts interpersonal relationships in a manner designated to project a positive image of the department and the hospital.
Works with supervisor/manager and other members of unit or department to promote a harmonious work environment. Ensures that all
contacts with patients, the public, physicians and other hospital personnel are carried out in a friendly, courteous, helpful and considerate
