Requirements:

• Current BLS from AHA or ARC 
• ACLS Certification
• Associate Degree in Medical Assisting or equivalent in an allied health field.
• One year of experience preferred in a Cardiology or Surgery, or previous Cath Lab experience.

About the Job:

The Invasive Cardiology Scrub Tech records hemodynamic data during Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedures. The Invasive Cardiology Scrub Tech is responsible for monitoring the patient’s ECG, blood pressure and oxygen saturation and for documenting during all procedures. The Invasive Cardiology Scrub Tech scrubs with the physician during Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedures assisting the physician and operating the x-ray equipment. The Invasive Cardiology Scrub Tech catalogs and archives procedure data digitally.
