Summary:
As a UKG Healthcare Analytics Productivity Solution Architect, your role would involve designing and implementing the UKG solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. You will be required to understand UKG reporting tools and capabilities. You would work closely with the business and project team to understand specific needs and challenges, and then develop and present a tailored solution using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analytics Management: Collaborate with the business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and understand their business processes
  •  System Optimization: Analyze existing analytics solution and current supporting systems reporting architecture and applicable workflows to identify areas for reporting improvements.
     Data Management: Have an understanding of the UKG Analytics reporting structure
  •  Compliance: Ensuring data quality and accuracy through data validation and testing
  •  Analytics: Develop and implement data extracts, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights to end-users
  •  Process Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in UKG’s Analytics platform and explore opportunities for continuous improvement optimize their operations and improve productivity reporting.
  •  User Support: Providing support to employees regarding analytics policies and procedures.
     Training and Development: Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to analytics and healthcare operations.
     Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure a successful implementation

 

Qualifications

  • Required Education: High school diploma
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Required Experience:

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing a reporting solutions using UKG Analytics, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in enterprise trend analysis and reporting to define productivity, and data transformation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects, including requirements gathering, solution design (functional and technical), development, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent communication to convey technical concepts

  • Computer Skills Required:

• Google Suite preferred
• Data Views capability and functionality
• Business Intelligence Reporting (BIRT Tool)
• Data Hub and Google Big Query
• Out the box reporting capability
