PRN Position.
PT would be responsible for evaluating and assessing needs of patients and formulating treatment plans and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A PT may supervise PTAs. PT would provide therapy services defined in treatment plans and work cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare staff. Wound care experience preferred.
