About the Job:

Under the direction of a physician, administers various sleep studies in order to diagnose the type and extent of sleep disorders.  Performs routine patient assessments, scores sleep studies, and documents other test results.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Performs a variety of tasks; works under general supervision.   Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the sleep medicine field.  

Requirements:

  • Certification as a polysonographic tech from an educational institution that is recognized by the U.S Department of Education
  • TN state license as a Polysomnographic Technologist and valid BLS certification required
