Program Manager, Trauma Services

Responsible for the patient population and assigned staff. Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the unit activities. Provides direction, support and guidance to the assistant nurse managers and aids in their development both clinically and managerially. Education: Must be a graduate from a state accredited Registered Nurse School of Nursing. 5-7 years of nursing experience required. Previous Urgent Care or outpatient experience preferred. Must possess good written and communication skills. Must be competent in all phases of nursing at the registered nurse level and must possess a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures. Must be able to function as a group leader, coordinating patient care. Licenses/Certificates: A current Registered Nurse nursing license in the state of practice required. Must be CPR and ACLS certified.
