Maintenance Technician I

Basic building maintenance knowledge, painting, minor carpentry and mechanical work and use of hand tools and power tools is required. Inspection of location conditions grounds, roofing, and general spaces and identifying any safety deficiencies and correction of the items. Maintains the hospital provided service truck with local resources as needed.

Report to the Manager and/or Director of Facilities and interacts with outside clinic staff to completes tasks as needed. A self starter that can work with minimal direct supervision is desired. When not at off sit locations supports the main hospital with the plant operations staff.
