Medical Record Scanning Clerk - Northwest Health Porter - 1.0 FTE (Days)

Prepares medical record documentation for scanning

Uses Advance Capture, to scan and validate medical record documentation into electronic medical record

Collaborates with medical record department team members to meet turn-around time, quality and productivity expectations

Relies on instructions and established guidelines to perform the functions of the position

High school diploma or its equivalent

Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare and 2 years experience in an office setting

Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time

Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a medical record department preferred.
