The Director of Case Management provides overall management and strategic leadership of the Resources Management Services Program throughout the facility and affiliated service lines.
Representing Resource & Case Management Services, the Director is responsible for facility-wide oversight of the compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards associated with Case Management Services, budgetary duties and fiscal performance of the Resource & Case Management Program, leadership of Resource Management Department team members, resource development and implementation, and measurement, reporting and audit of Case Management Services Performance Metrics.
Reporting to the Facility Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Case Management Services develops internal and external growth initiatives in coordination with the facility's strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements:
Five (5) years of progressive, clinical Resource/Case Management Services experience is required.
Associate's degree in nursing is required.
Bachelor's degree in nursing is strongly preferred.
Supervisory and/or management experience is strongly preferred.
Maintain current state clinical licensure and/or certifications relevant to position (e.g. RN state licensure).
